Halloween
door-decorating ideas
My
friend Alicia asked me for suggestions for the door-decorating contest
at her office. I came up with a few... all built around the same
theme.
- You have a scene of Trick or
Treaters going door to door and they've just gotten to yours.
They're all bipedal baby animals. A zebra, a puppy, and an
elephant. They're standing there holding masks up in front of
their faces... of your coworkers!
- The door is covered with black
paper. There's a portion of a spider's web constructed from white
yarn on top of that. In one corner sits a black widow with
Alicia's grinning face. Across the remainder of the web are
captured (and partially cocooned in one case) flies with faces... of
your coworkers!
- Three witches toil and trouble
around a bubbling cauldron. Another witch flies through the air
on her broom. They all have the faces (you guessed it!)... of
your coworkers!
- A child looks down expectantly over
the rim into his Treat bag as a hand drops in several pieces of
candy. On close examination these turn out to be shrunken
heads... of your coworkers!
